What remains unchanged:

  • The recommendation form available in the HR department must be completed and handed in together with the CV of the recommended person to the HR department or to the administrators.
  • For candidates previously employed by the company (including temporary or student interns), the recommendation is not valid.

Payment conditions –       The recommended candidate has been hired and is not under notice, or inactive, at the time of payment (after 6 months or 1 year).

–       The recommender is employed at the time of payment.

* Maximum of 10 recommended employees per validity period.
** The number of workers hired with a recommendation is defined as the number of workers who were hired with that recommendation and paid the amount after 1 year.

Period of validity for the year 2022: 19.05.2022 – 31.12.2022.
