Dear Colleagues!
I sincerely hope that you all had an eventful and enjoyable summer. I also hope that you had time to relax and recharge your batteries with your loved ones, and that you are now ready to face the challenges at work with renewed energy.
We have come through a very busy and eventful period, with numerous programs outside the factory. The summer camp for employees’ children proved popular again this year. It was the first time that I took part in the Hankook Family and Sports Day event as director of Rácalmás factory, and I was delighted to see that so many people came again this year.
The summer did not pass without charity either. We relaunched our tire donation program, which always attracts a lot of interest from nonprofit organizations. We also contributed to the school-start of underprivileged children and supported the Pumpkin Festival. You can read about these events, and more in this issue.
Dear Colleagues, we are more than halfway through the year; the end of the year is fast approaching. I ask you all to pay close attention to your work and your environment. Let us all work hard to overcome difficulties and help and support each other!
The past period has been full of challenges, but these have strengthened us and given us the opportunity to learn and develop ourselves. Our goal remains to grow as an innovative, sustainable company while preserving our values and the high quality we strive to deliver.
I believe it is important that we continue to work as a cohesive team, remain open to new ideas, and continuously improve ourselves. Together, we can realize our plans and achieve our goals.
