As you know, there’s no end to improvements: Hankook is always trying to innovate in every area, and our HR team is no exception. As you have already experienced, since November all colleagues receive their payroll electronically. To ease the transition, here are the details!
Are you going crazy with the paper waste? Does it make your head swim when your mailbox is full of official letters that you have to keep and hunt down at the right moment? Luckily, you can now do almost all your official business online, and from November you can even find your Hankook pay slip easily using the web app. We have introduced e-payroll in our company, so from now on all our employees will receive their pay slips exclusively in electronic form via the hankook.nexon.hu website or the NexonPort app – until the 10th of the month following the month in question. Salaries will continue to be paid no later than the fifth working day of the month. This website is only available to Hankook Tire Hungary employees and an automatic e-mail notification of the upload of the new document will be sent to the e-mail address provided by each employee. The payrolls can be opened and downloaded from the repository and are available without limitation for the duration of the employment relationship.
