Within our company, the ‘Whistleblowing Reporting Form’ can be submitted at the four locations marked on the map. When filling out the forms found in the storage compartment under the boxes, it is important to provide contact information so that you can be notified.
The boxes are located at the following locations:
- Opposite the doctor’s office
- Next to the toilet at the Building Process
- At the entrance to the Test Building
- At the office located at the waste collection yard
