What do I need to get a loan?
A minimum of 3 years of employment and a suitable loan goal.
What is the maximum credit limit I can apply for?
Currently, you can apply for up to HUF 5 million per person.
What is the interest rate on a Hankook loan?
Currently, the Hankook Housing Loan is without interest.
For what purposes can I apply for the loan?
To purchase a property or to replace an existing mortgage-based home loan.
What is the term of the loan?
Minimum 18 months and maximum 120 months. This period depends on the amount of net income that can be used to repay the loan.
What extra costs will I have to pay to take out a loan?
There is only one extra cost for the borrower: 50% of the mortgage contract fee, drawn up by a notary. The loan amount is secured by the mortgaged property; a mortgage is therefore registered for the amount of the loan requested.
Is it necessary to sign a new contract of employment at the same time as the borrowing?
No! When taking out a loan, you only need to sign a loan contract, which does not affect the existing employment contract and only covers the loan structure.
What happens in the event of termination of employment / dismissal?
Under the current rules, the remaining loan amount must be repaid in one payment no later than the last working day.
