For the ninth time, you have joined forces for the “Thanks, Hankook!” (Community Together for Better) program, which resulted in the renovation of 30 community spaces, nurseries, kindergartens and schools in 2021. The company contributed HUF 18 million to the success of your projects.
Since the beginning of the program, 915 Hankook colleagues have volunteered more than 24,000 hours on 266 projects. Last year, 95 of our staff and 117 external helpers took part in the actions, carrying out community service in nine municipalities of Bács-Kiskun, Fejér and Pest counties. To the great delight of the winning applicants, our volunteers left behind freshly painted halls, renewed playgrounds, modernized changing rooms, renovated bathrooms and landscaped public spaces. We would like to thank all participants for making another successful event!
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Employee Volunteering Program and we want to make this tenth edition truly memorable! Details will be coming soon, but we’re counting on you again in 2022!
