Together we took action for our health and the protection of our planet, planted 100 tree sapling, visited Esztergom on a meaningful excursion and conquered the skating track – the Legal & Culture Unit has prepared lots of exciting activities for you to keep you actively busy. One hundred of our colleagues spent a fantastic day in Esztergom, one of Hungary’s historical and cultural centres, where they also had the chance to admire the impressive basilica. From here they could enjoy a stunning view of the Danube and the surrounding countryside. They strolled along the Danube and through the beautiful city centre while discovering the rich history of the city. The program also included a lunch together, where they sampled local dishes and could have informal discussions. The excursion was a great opportunity for team building and relaxation, crowned by a wine tasting at the end of the evening.
Together, the participants in our Evermoving program have taken as many steps in our physical activity campaign as if we had walked around the world a hundred times. In our company’s special initiative, colleagues were able to support their own health and environmental awareness by walking. During our campaign, we pledged to plant tree saplings at a mutually chosen location at the Hankook House. As a result of this initiative, we have finally planted one hundred fruit trees, which will soon provide our employees with fresh fruit. Thank you all for your active participation and voluntary tree planting efforts – together we have taken a big step for the protection of our planet!
In the spirit of the festive season and winter sports, our company offered free skating again this year: after pre-registration, employees could skate free of charge with up to 5 guests each in the Dunaújváros ice skating rink. Bus for travel, free skate rental for skating and a professional instructor for beginners to learn the basics were all provided. The more adventurous could also try their hand at skating and shooting on goal. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!
