Ethical employee behavior is a key element of corporate competitiveness and sustainable operations. We strive to earn the respect and trust of our customers, employees, shareholders, and local and international partners by not only establishing and implementing ethical behavior in our operations, but also by continuously striving to maintain it.
Ethical business practices not only contribute to the development of the company, but also help you, the employees, to do your job fairly and responsibly. The checklist below will help you to “calibrate” your ethical compass.

For the self-assessment, answer the following questions honestly and count the total number of YES answers you have given, and then check your own level of ethicality.
- In the course of my work, I will not seek unfair gain, such as bribery, kickbacks, etc.
- I will not disclose company information, such as personal data or security documents that I have come to learn about within the company, without an appropriate approval process.
- I know the contents of our company’s Code of Ethics.
- I do not abuse my position. I do a fair and transparent job.
- I do not shirk my responsibilities, nor do I pass them on to others, but I do them responsibly.
- I am always nice to external parties and clients and actively seek feedback from them.
- I try to prevent colleagues from carrying out their activities inappropriately and try to guide them towards good behavior.
