Autumn has arrived. I hope that you all have had an enjoyable summer. For many of you, the shutdown has given a chance to relax, recharge your batteries and return to work with renewed vigor. Once again, I would also like to thank all those colleagues for their efforts who worked during the shutdown!
The renovation of the common areas is still ongoing under the management of General Affairs. I am pleased to see more and more water closets being given a clean, new, modern look; worn out furniture being replaced and equipment in need of repair being repaired.
It is also good to see that our staff is always receptive to charity appeals. Thanks to the unity of our employees, we had another fundraiser this summer, proving once again how selfless they can be when it comes to an organization in need, this time an animal shelter. We supported underprivileged children starting school as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, and this year’s season of our Tire Donation Program, running for over 10 years has also begun.
In addition to the above, we have also completed an important investment, which was a major milestone in the life of the Hungarian plant: the new warehouse. The two halls will greatly facilitate the storage of raw materials and finished products, and will also create 46 new jobs for job seekers.
We are nearing the end of the year, but we still have many tasks ahead of us for the rest of the year. I wish everyone a safe and healthy last three months at work!
