It has been another year that has been full of challenges for us, but I think that the team from Rácalmás has again performed above the expectations. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the war in a neighboring country and the uncertain economic situation around the world, we have ended the year on a positive note. Many thanks to all our colleagues for standing the ground in their respective areas even in the most difficult times!
In addition to the challenges, our year was also marked by a number of positive and joyful events. This year once again we celebrated a Proactive Awards winner, congratulated many colleagues at the Employee of the Year and Long Service Awards, and participated in the well-attended Korea Day in May. In autumn, for the first time, we organized the Hankook Family Sports and Gastronomy Day, where colleagues and their families could spend valuable time together beyond the daily work, in the spirit of sports and gastronomy.
2022 also saw the completion of a number of renovations, which I trust will be to the mutual satisfaction of all. I am also proud to announce the completion of our new warehouse, consisting of two parts, which we are using since October to store raw materials and finished products, thus greatly facilitating our storage and logistics processes.
It has been a busy year and I think that the employees of Hankook Hungary Ltd. have once again done a lot to enhance the name of our company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your work over the year!
I wish all my colleagues a warm, peaceful Christmas and a successful New Year full of achievements!
