Our company’s primary goal is to provide our employees with comprehensive training and to advance digitalization across as many areas as possible. To that end, Hankook’s e-learning platform has been available to all our employees since October 2024.
It’s worth revisiting the e-learning platform from time to time, as new course materials are constantly being added in addition to the mandatory training, so you’ll always find something useful on this platform to support your professional development.
Scanning the QR code will open the webpage where you can access the mandatory training required by the company (cybersecurity, ESG, business ethics, compliance, etc.), and you can also start optional training materials (conflict management, communication, teamwork, etc.) here. All training materials can be found under the “Training” tab.

It is important to select your preferred language when you log in, as the training sessions are organized by language group.
Please remember: Failure to attend mandatory training sessions may result in disciplinary action! Be sure to check the internal Facebook group and the information boards at the factory!
