If you need new workwear or personal protective equipment for your work, please contact Beáta during the opening hours of the clothing warehouse (every weekday between 6:00 and 11:00 and 12:00 and 14:00), in person or by phone on 06 (25) 556 047. Advice: if you go in person to pick up new work clothes, shoes or personal protective equipment of a higher value, don’t forget to take with you the appropriate printed and signed application form!

Tímea will help you with Hankook House issues such as moving in, out or around, registering your car to get the gate of the hostel opened, or if you have a problem with the technical condition of your room or that of the building. Foreign workers and refugees can also contact the hostel with problems. This includes the isolation of people with covid infestations in the hostel and the compliance with and enforcement of the relevant official measures and obligations. If you would like to extend your contract, have your room key copied or book a sports field or barbecue area, please contact Tímea during the week, in day-time, at 06 (25) 556 521 or by e-mail at szabotimea@hankookn.com. Those staying at the hostel can of course also visit her in person at her office during working hours.
General Affairs Unit
change in the way discount tire purchase for employees
In our previous issue, we reported that the General Affairs Unit is responsible for the discount tire purchase by employees. Based on feedback received, the process has changed significantly since January. The aim is to ensure that everyone can get the tires they need in the shortest possible time, so from now on, requests can only be made in person in the meeting room on the first floor of the office building. The office is open on Mondays from 13:00 to 15:00, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:15 to 9:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. You will be given a price for the tire you selected during the personal application process, at which time you will be able to check stock immediately and place your order. In fact, if you settle the purchase price by immediate transfer, they can also book you in for a pick-up appointment in advance (depending on the weekly stock). Take your pick of tires, we look forward to seeing you!
