Do you like to decorate your home for the season? If so, it’s time to bring out your creative side!
Table decorations
Do not miss out on the simplest possible decorations, as even getting the items will be fun! All you need is a nice bowl and some fruits that you can pick from the garden, from the street or even during a nice outing: acorns, nuts, pine nuts, different colors and types of leaves, etc. Place these harvested beauties in the bowl of your choice! If you want to go extravagant, add some cinnamon sticks, which will also add a delicious fragrance to your decorations!
Lantern
Cozy lights are a must on a cozy autumn evening, and this themed lantern is easy to make! Pick a jar, you are sure to have one lying around in the pantry, then collect some colorful leaves and stick them to the outside of the jar! Then put a tea candle inside and light it! Would like to add anything? Tie a bow around the “neck” of the jar with a ribbon or a material of autumn colors!
Ghost garland
If autumn, then it’s Halloween! To make these cute little ghosts you will need: yarn, scissors, cardboard, glue and a book. Cut a piece of yarn and place it on the spine of the book, then cross it and start wrapping the ball of yarn around the book. When you feel you have had enough, depending on how much stuffed ghosts you want, loop the crossed yarn and cut the threads at the opening of the book, leaving a finger or two of headspace to tie the threads together. Cut out eyes from the cardboard and glue them on. Once you have made more, there is nothing left to do: hang them on a long string and there you have a “scary” garland.
