You have supported another noble cause, as a result of which we managed to collect a carload of donations for the Dunaújváros Foundation for Responsible Pet Ownership in just a few days. This exemplary teamwork showed that selflessness on your part does not stop even when the call for help comes from four-legged friends, instead of our fellow human beings.
At the initiative our colleagues have donated several bags of pet food, canned food, anti-parasite products, feeding bowls and other things needed for responsible animal husbandry. Your donations were delivered fittingly on 26 August, World Dog Day, to the Foundation’s premises in Rácalmás, where nearly 100 orphaned dogs and cats are waiting to be adopted from kennels by loving owners.
Viktoria Csenki, founder of FÁDA, said: ‘We are really grateful for the help from you, Hankook employees”. She also pointed out that helping hands and support are needed every day of the year, because although some animals find new families and homes, new residents are constantly arriving to the shelter.
