You made Christmas and the start of the year easier for around 160 organizations and 30 poor families with your year-end charity campaigns. It’s a joy to write about it and an unforgettable experience. Here are some of the people whose faces you put a smile on last Advent!
General Affairs (GA) staff were busy at the end of 2022. Through their selfless efforts, they made Christmas richer for the residents of the Fonyod Children’s Home with heartfelt donations of sweets, books, toys, toiletries and stationery, which were received with great joy by the youngsters. In addition, the GA staff placed gift packages under the Christmas trees of 30 poor families in Rácalmás. Our colleague László Schrancz was the main organizer in the factory. He said that the non-perishable food collected in the frame of Happy Afternoon team’s action was distributed to the needy families through the Jószolgálati Otthon Public Foundation.
In 2022, Hankook Tire Hungary Ltd. launched its 11th Tire Donation Program, supporting 160 national and local organizations that are doing important work for society. In addition to smaller non-profit organizations, the winners of the competition include the National Ambulance Service, Igazgyöngy Foundation, the National Association of Organisations of Disabled Persons and the National Directorate General for Disaster Management.
